With a working height of 100 meters, the Danish company Slagelse Lift is taking a significant step forward. The new Ruthmann Steiger T 1000 HF will be Denmark\u2019s tallest truck-mounted aerial work platform and is also expected to bolster the company\u2019s ambitions to become one of Europe\u2019s leading aerial work platform rental companies for extreme working heights. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n

The Danish aerial work platform rental company has just invested in a Ruthmann Steiger T 1000 HF with an impressive working height of 100 meters.<\/p>\n\n

This makes Slagelse Lift one of the few European rental companies to operate a 100-meter aerial work platform, and it also gives the company Denmark\u2019s tallest truck-mounted aerial work platform. The investment comes at a time when the company is seeing rising demand for capacity to perform particularly challenging work at great heights\u2014both in Denmark and across the rest of the European market. The aerial work platform was supplied by Versalift Denmark, a subsidiary of Time Manufacturing Company\u2014the group to which Ruthmann also belongs. <\/p>\n\n

100-Meter Aerial Work Platform Opens Up New Possibilities in Europe<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

With the T 1000 HF, Slagelse Lift can now take on tasks where conventional truck-mounted aerial work platforms reach their limits. Among other things, the new machine is designed for work on tall cell towers, wind farms, high-rise buildings, roofs, and facades, as well as in the infrastructure, energy, and high-voltage power line sectors. <\/p>\n\n

“We’ve identified a market for very large aerial work platforms, and we want to be at the forefront when customers need capacity at these heights. With the T 1000, we have capabilities that very few rental companies can offer. The aerial work platform helps reinforce our vision for the E24 concept (Europe-wide assignments within 24 hours),”<\/em> says Anders Lindboe.<\/p>\n\n

The new 100-meter aerial work platform will therefore not be used exclusively on projects in Denmark. Slagelse Lift expects it to be used extensively on European projects as well, where extreme working heights combined with mobility are required. <\/p>\n\n

A fleet of more than 300 aerial work platforms<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

The investment in the T 1000 HF is the latest step in Slagelse Lift’s ongoing development. In recent years, the company has continuously expanded both its organization and its fleet of equipment and now has approximately 300 aerial work platforms. <\/p>\n\n

In the area of truck-mounted aerial work platforms, the fleet consists of approximately 25 units 5<\/p>\n\n

Working heights ranging from 45 to 100 meters, as well as 45 smaller vehicle-mounted aerial work platforms. Last year, the company invested in a Ruthmann Steiger T 900 with a working height of 90 meters. Now, capacity is being expanded once again with the T 1000 HF. <\/p>\n\n

“We have continuously developed the company over many years and are convinced that it is important to have both the right machinery and the right people. When we invest in machines of this scale, we are also investing in our ability to take on even larger and more complex projects,”<\/em> says Anders Lindboe.<\/p>\n\n

Long-standing partnership with Versalift Denmark<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

The new T 1000 HF was supplied by Versalift Denmark, a subsidiary of Time Manufacturing Company\u2014the group to which Ruthmann also belongs.<\/p>\n\n

Versalift Denmark has been working with Slagelse Lift for several years, assisting the company with the delivery of aerial work platforms and providing consulting services on solutions for the Danish aerial work platform fleet.<\/p>\n\n

45 years of aerial work platform rentals will be celebrated with an open house<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

The new 100-meter aerial work platform will also be the highlight of a very special day at Slagelse Lift.<\/p>\n\n

The company is inviting customers, business partners, and other associates to an open house at its new branch in Hvidovre, Aved\u00f8reholmen 51, Denmark. The event will take place on Wednesday, September 30, from 12:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Visitors will have the opportunity to experience the new T 1000 HF up close and\u2014for the brave\u2014take a ride at a height of 100 meters. <\/p>\n\n

A hot dog cart, cake, and coffee will be available for guests to enjoy. At the same time, guests will have the opportunity to tour the new \u201cmammoth machine\u201d and meet some of the employees who will be operating it in the future. <\/p>\n\n
