The RUTHMANNSTEIGER\u00ae<\/strong> T 900 HF<\/strong> was launched on the market in 2018 and has since proven its impressive performance data in thousands of jobs. Whether recovering scaffolding at the burnt-out Notre-Dame church or in the rugged terrain of Spanish wind farms, the RUTHMANN T 900 HF is unique on the market with its 36-metre reach, which it can achieve at a height of 62 meters. RUTHMANN is planning the world premiere of the RUTHMANNSTEIGER\u00ae<\/strong> T 1000 HF<\/strong> with a working height of 100 meters for 2024. It will top these figures once again. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

The Spanish company GRUPO ROXU received a RUTHMANNSTEIGER\u00ae<\/strong> T 900 HF<\/strong> at the beginning of 2023 via AMCO Machinery & Consulting, the official RUTHMANN sales and service partner in the Spanish market.<\/p>\n\n

Grupo Roxu’s customers also include the operators of large wind farms in Spain. They are increasingly relying on the use of modern access platform technology, as this can greatly reduce the maintenance and downtime of wind turbines compared to conventional scaffolding solutions. The RUTHMANNSTEIGER\u00ae<\/strong> T 900 HF<\/strong> offers many advantages over the competition. <\/p>\n\n

Flexible use in the wind farm<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Built on a 5-axle Scania chassis, the STEIGER\u00ae T 900 HF is ideally equipped for use on the difficult terrain of Spanish wind farms. Even without four-wheel drive, it reliably reaches the work sites thanks to its optimum weight distribution. The Scania chassis offers stable driving and cornering behavior in the many hairpin bends of the access roads through the mountainous landscape. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

On the wind turbine, the wind turbine operator benefits from the fully variable support of the machine, which, in conjunction with the Dynamic Reach System (DRS)<\/strong>, offers the maximum possible performance data with limited support options in the terrain. These can be further increased by limiting the cage load, for example, and offer service technicians a very large working area that can be used without having to move the machine. <\/p>\n\n

The DRS “wind force” function is particularly popular for use in wind farms. While competitor machines have to stop working in strong winds, DRS users can continue working in a relaxed manner. The DRS automatically adjusts the maximum working height to the current wind force. <\/p>\n\n

RUTHMANN has announced the STEIGER\u00ae T 1000 HF for 2024, which will top the already outstanding performance data of the T 900 HF.<\/p>\n\n

The HighFlex technology in the name of the RUTHMANNSTEIGER\u00ae<\/strong> T 900 HF<\/strong> makes it possible to inspect the rear of the rotor blades and check for possible damage by rotating the working cage by up to 440 degrees. If damage to the rotor blade is discovered, it can be repaired immediately without losing any time. <\/p>\n\n

230 V and 400 V sockets for power tools are provided in the workman basket, for example to use grinding machines to grind out damage. GRUPO ROXU has also had the T 900 HF equipped with a lift-up system for convenient material lifting. <\/p>\n\n

High stability thanks to two working modes<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n

The approximately 33-metre-long upper boom of the T 900 HF enables the unusually high flexibility and long reach of the working platform, particularly above the articulated joint at a height of around 60 meters. The two working modes, HeightPerformance and SkyPerformance mode, ensure maximum stability by locking the lower telescope. This ensures extremely high stability at all points of the huge working diagram. In practical use at the wind farm, this means that you can get very close to the rotor blades without the risk of them being touched or even damaged by the workman basket. <\/p>\n\n

For 2024, RUTHMANN has announced the STEIGER\u00ae T 1000 HF with a working height of 100 meters and the same outstanding functions as the T 900 HF. The T 1000 HF is also perfectly suited for use on the Spanish wind turbines and will cover an even larger working range than was previously possible. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
