The UPTO generation is the result of intensive work by the France Elévateur research and development department. The aim is to offer customers ever higher quality products. This is why France Elévateur has worked to reduce the weight of the work platform and energy consumption in the UPTO range.
Several models from 13 to 18 meters on transporter and chassis cabs will form the UPTO series in the future. Thanks to the use of new materials and laser welding technology, the UPTO series is around 30% lighter than previous comparable machines. This enormous weight saving facilitates material transportation and reduces fuel consumption. The innovative control technology now also consumes around 20 % less electrical energy than before.
UPTO 15 now available
The new series starts with the UPTO 15 with a working height of 15.10 meters and a maximum reach of 9.10 meters. With the cage boom, the UPTO 15 can also reach work sites behind obstructing edges, thus expanding the range of applications enormously. The stable design allows basket loads of up to 230 kg and the assembly of material by two people. At the same time, the workman basket can also be rotated by 60°. The new, particularly low basket threshold in the work basket makes it much easier to get in and out. The new dual-motion control system allows two movements to be carried out during operation without any loss of speed, saving a lot of time, especially when frequent up and down movements are required during operations. The new home function is then a particularly great relief in daily use.
Plenty of transport volume in the interior
Thanks to the innovative, ultra-compact tower in the load compartment, 90% of the interior volume is retained. The UPTO 15 has a payload of up to 500 kg for large, bulky parts. Of course, the rear door can also be fully opened on one side when the telescopic arm is not in use in order to load and unload the UPTO 15.
Lots of convenience for everyday use
In addition to the aforementioned home function, the UPTO 15 also has an automatic support system on board. The machine can be automatically supported and aligned at the touch of a button. This means that work can begin immediately.
Exhaust-free working also possible
With the optional Eco-Pack, it is possible to use the UPTO 15 as a hybrid work platform. Completely free of CO2 emissions and virtually silent, the UPTO 15 can then be used at night, in narrow pedestrian zones and even indoors.
