Family-owned business expands into the 100-meter class
Wörle GmbH took delivery of its new RUTHMANNSTEIGER® T 1000 HF in a ceremonial handover. For the family-owned business, this was much more than just an addition to its fleet; it was an emotional occasion that marked the next major step in the company’s development.
Wörle GmbH stands for teamwork, drive, and passion. Founded in 1994 as a small family business in Reimlingen, Bavaria, the company now operates throughout Germany and beyond its borders. Its range of services extends from aerial work platform services, sewer cleaning, stump grinding, and tree felling to the rental of cranes, restroom facilities, and event equipment. In addition, Wörle is a member of the PartnerLIFT network and thus part of a strong network of qualified machinery and platform rental companies. Since December 2024, Felix Wörle has been running the company together with Jörg Wörle, a carefully planned, cross-generational transition.
Club of 100 – Passion immortalized with a tattoo

The Wörle family’s connection to Ruthmann is exceptionally clear: Jörg and Felix Wörle have had the “Club of 100” logo tattooed on themselves, a visible sign of just how strongly they support this collaboration. The club was originally founded as part of the exclusive launch of the STEIGER® T 1000 HF; today, all buyers of the new model feel they belong to this special group.
A Wedding with a Cake—and a Touch of Craftsmanship

One of the first highlights on the way to the new 100-meter aerial platform was the “wedding”—the installation of the platform onto the carrier vehicle. The Wörle family was, of course, on site. At that moment, Jörg Wörle was given the opportunity to lend a hand and drive in the decisive bolt. Just like at a real wedding, there was also a cake. Jörg and Felix Wörle cut it together and celebrated with the Ruthmann team.
A One-of-a-Kind Item: Trellises, Signatures, and a Birthday Wish

The close bond between the two companies was once again evident during the official handover of the vehicle: all Ruthmann employees involved in the project lined up to form a guard of honor. They also signed the mast of the machine, making the new T 1000 HF a truly one-of-a-kind vehicle.
For Felix Wörle, a very personal birthday wish came true just before Christmas: working at a height of 100 meters.
The STEIGER® T 1000 HF – designed to set new standards

With the STEIGER® T 1000 HF, Ruthmann is setting new standards in aerial access technology. The model reaches a working height of 100 meters and impresses with a lateral reach of up to 39 meters, surpassing comparable 100-meter truck-mounted aerial work platforms by up to 10 meters in reach.
Another advantage: The T 1000 HF is built on a standard chassis and has a gross vehicle weight starting at 53 tons—about 10 tons less than comparable models. With a total length of just 16.35 meters, it remains compact and versatile despite its impressive performance specifications.
Highlights of the STEIGER® T 1000 HF:
- Working height: 100 meters
- Side range: up to 39 meters
- Total weight: starting at 53 tons – lighter than comparable models
- Compact design: 16 .35 meters in total length
- High-performance technology for maximum stability and efficiency
Ruthmann would like to thank Wörle GmbH for its trust, close collaboration, and genuine enthusiasm, and wishes the company many successful and safe operations with the new STEIGER® T 1000 HF.
