Hundrup Arbeitsbühnen-Vermietung GmbH & Co. KG, based in Waltrop, has expanded its rental fleet with two high-performance RUTHMANN truck-mounted aerial work platforms: a STEIGER® T 700 HF and a STEIGER® T 510 HF-3A. With this move, Hundrup continues to rely on proven RUTHMANN technology. The company’s rental fleet now includes more than 20 RUTHMANN units, including both STEIGER® truck-mounted aerial work platforms and BLUELIFT crawler-mounted aerial work platforms.
Until now, the STEIGER® T 580 HF, with a working height of 58 meters, was the tallest aerial work platform in our fleet. Effective immediately, the new T 700 HF, with an impressive working height of 70 meters, takes its place.

With the addition of the T 510 HF and T 700 HF models, Hundrup is reaffirming its commitment to providing customers in North Rhine-Westphalia—and throughout Germany—with access to state-of-the-art aerial access technology.
“By investing in the 70-meter class, we can now offer our customers operations at heights that were previously out of reach,” says Commercial Managing Director Stefan Hundrup, M.Sc. “Thanks to its superior lateral reach and quick setup, the T 700 HF enables us to achieve maximum efficiency and safety even in challenging operating conditions,” adds Jens Hundrup, Technical Managing Director.
These two machines have a wide range of applications. In addition to traditional work in the mobile communications and energy sectors, they are primarily used in wind energy projects, industrial facilities, bridge and infrastructure construction, telecommunications, and for building cleaning and maintenance work at large event venues and stadiums. Thanks to the combination of height, reach, and flexibility, these machines can handle jobs that would be nearly impossible with smaller equipment.
The RUTHMANN STEIGER® T 700 HF offers an impressive working height of 70.00 m and a lateral reach of up to 41.00 m. Thanks to its movable and telescoping lower and upper boom design, the movable basket arm, and the hydraulically telescoping work basket, the T 700 HF delivers maximum flexibility. The integrated lift-up system allows for the transport of materials weighing up to 600 kg. Convenient automatic setup and retraction at the push of a button also simplifies on-site operation.
The RUTHMANN STEIGER® T 510 HF-3A also impresses with a working height of 51.00 m and a reach of up to 33.00 m. It features the same high-quality HF technology, offering optimal maneuverability, a lift-up system, and an automatic retraction mechanism.
With a total fleet of over 350 machines, including construction equipment, cranes, and forklifts and telescopic handlers of various sizes, Hundrup has one of the most extensive fleets in North Rhine-Westphalia.
