Ruthmann Schweiz AG is pleased to announce the successful handover of a new VERSALIFT VDT-180-FZ on a Mercedes-Benz 519 CDI 4 x 2 to Elektrizitätswerke des Kantons Zürich (EKZ). The ceremonial delivery took place at the Wetzikon depot, where the employees enthusiastically received the new aerial work platform.
The vehicle impresses with its extensive equipment, which has been specially adapted to the requirements of EKZ. The highlights include
- Offset travel: Enables travel with the working platform raised, saving valuable time.
- Hybrid drive: Ensures environmentally friendly and energy-efficient use.
- Workshop equipment: Provides optimum working conditions for employees on site.
- Passageway to the cab: Increases operator comfort and safety.
The vehicle, painted in the desired color of lemon green, also impresses with a 4-wheel parking brake and a trailer coupling. These features make the vehicle not only an eye-catcher, but also a versatile work tool.
The technical features of the aerial work platform include a working height of 18 meters, a reach of 9.5 meters and a basket load of 230 kg. These parameters enable it to be used in a wide range of applications and guarantee maximum efficiency and safety at work.
