RUTHMANN Holdings GmbH has transferred all of its expertise regarding the CARGOLOADER RCP 50 to the company Fahrzeugbau Heimann , based in Nottuln. Heimann is now the exclusive owner of the CARGOLOADER know-how for the Federal Republic of Germany.
The transaction was advised on and brokered by KuConExpert Consulting of Mönchengladbach.
With this transfer, the long-established company Fahrzeugbau Heimann secures the exclusive rights to further develop, manufacture, and market the CARGOLOADER system in the German market.

About the CARGOLOADER
The CARGOLOADER is an efficient transport system designed specifically for applications involving frequent loading and unloading over short distances. The entire loading area or container is lowered parallel to the ground —without the need for time-consuming raising or lowering of a tailgate.
The system allows for continuous adjustment of the loading height up to 1.60 m and, thanks to interchangeable loading platforms or containers, offers an exceptionally wide range of applications—from transporting waste to refrigerated food and parcels, all with a single vehicle.
The CARGOLOADER RCP 50 model has a gross vehicle weight of 5.0 tons and offers a payload capacity of up to 2,230 kg. By reducing the load to 3.5 t, the vehicle can also be driven with a Class B driver’s license—a decisive advantage for many applications.
