The TOPY 11 model on FORD TRANSIT is the latest generation of this exceptional series. Continuous further developments have made this work platform one of the best-selling models. Reliable, robust and user-friendly are the essential features to meet the requirements of safe and efficient height access technology at all times.
For more than 20 years now, the TOPY from France Elévateur has been the epitome of a compact, lightweight and functional truck-mounted work platform. It is particularly popular with telecommunications companies and for the installation of signs and surveillance technology. Reason enough for the engineers at France Elévateur to put their hands to work once again and revise a few details of the model.
With its two-part steel telescopic boom, the TOPY 11 achieves a working height of 11 meters and a lateral reach of 6 meters without outriggers.

Better ergonomics and higher payload
In addition to functionality, particular attention was paid to the controls during the current revision. In addition to the ground and basket controls, the control unit in the driver’s cab has been fundamentally revised. The focus was on ergonomics and functionality. The new design of the TOPY 11 offers a number of technical advantages and, above all, a reduction in weight. Depending on the equipment, the payload is now up to 650 kg.
Mercedes Benz or Ford: customers have the choice
Two 3.5 t variants are currently available as carrier vehicles: Mercedes Benz Sprinter and Ford Transit. On the Ford Transit chassis, the TOPY 11 achieves a payload of up to 650 kg, ideal for transporting materials and tools to the job site.
Also available as a hybrid and fully electric version
The popular battery package for the platform superstructure is also included in the options list. In this “hybrid version”, the TOPY 11 is therefore the ideal work platform, especially in inner-city areas such as pedestrian zones. As a hybrid version, the TOPY 11 can be used as an emission-free and virtually noiseless working platform – ideal when working at night, for example.

The latest generation of this series is the e-TOPY 11 on a FORD e-Transit. The payload and considerable autonomy are the strengths of this all-electric work platform. The e-TOPY 11 was presented live at the Platformers’ Days. Depending on the driving style, the e-TOPY 11 offers a range of 317 km in urban traffic. The battery of the lifting platform is permanently charged by the vehicle battery, which means that it can be used almost indefinitely. With 10 work cycles, the vehicle’s range is reduced by just 4 km. The battery charging time from 0 to 100 % is 8.2 hours. France Elévateur offers a battery warranty of 8 years / 160,000 km.
With a length of just under 5.90 meters and an overall height of 2.70 meters, the new TOPY 11 is one of the most compact truck-mounted platforms on the market.
