The All-Around Performer: The New STEIGER® T 230 XS
Using the same innovations found in the successful STEIGER®
T 300 XS, we have now updated the STEIGER® T 230 and are introducing it as the STEIGER® T 230 XS. This true all-rounder is ideal for rental companies, municipalities, gardeners and landscapers, building cleaners, and painters. With a working height of 23.00 meters and a maximum lateral reach of 18 meters, the T 230 XS is up to any challenge. At the same time, with a total length of just 7.59 meters, it is compact and easy to maneuver.

The 7.5-metric-ton chassis offers ample payload capacity and can carry up to 600 kg. Even with a spacious box body, there is still ample space available for tools and materials, making the STEIGER® T 230 XS ideal for tree trimming or maintenance and repair work.
The 2.85-meter-long boom, which can be swiveled 185°, makes the T 230 XS truck-mounted aerial work platform versatile and allows for work in hard-to-reach areas.
The convenient new outrigger monitor offers numerous outrigger configurations, allowing the STEIGER® T 230 XS to be used even in extremely confined spaces.
Even with a narrow support base, it still achieves a reach of up to 17 meters when fully loaded with logs.
Of course, various basket options are still available for the T 230 XS’s different applications, including not only the tree-trimming basket but also a fiberglass-reinforced plastic (FRP) basket with double insulation.
The new cockpit in the work basket itself now features an information and diagnostic display that leaves little to be desired. All relevant operational data—including the current fuel level—can be viewed.
