Ruthmann Holdings GmbH has appointed Jens Westermann as its new Head of Sales Germany. Effective immediately, he will be responsible for the company’s sales operations throughout Germany—both in-house and in the field—and will report directly to Uwe Strotmann, Chief Commercial Officer of TIME Europe.
Jens Westermann brings many years of industry experience to the table and has a solid technical background. After more than 15 years in various sales roles in the construction equipment industry, most recently as Head of Sales for hydraulic attachments in Germany, he served as Digital Transformation Manager at an international agricultural machinery group from 2021 to 2025. There, he played a key role in the strategic digitalization of sales processes.
